Quick: the LEGO goat is back in stock at Pick a Brick

The dark grey LEGO goat is back in stock at Pick a Brick, but you’ll need to be quick if you want to get your hands on it.

Otherwise exclusive to 10332 Medieval Town Square, the dark grey goat originally joined Pick a Brick at the beginning of July – then disappeared and reappeared following a price adjustment. But even at its new price of £4.92 per goat in the UK, it didn’t take long for the animal to sell out. The good news is that it’s currently back in stock and available to order… for now.

The new Wolfpack torso from 10332 Medieval Town Square was also briefly in stock again this morning, but that’s already sold out once again as LEGO Castle fans snap up the revamped retro outfit. Given the LEGO Group is struggling to keep up with demand there, it’s not hard to imagine the goat will follow closely behind.

It’s also not surprising that the goat is proving so popular: we’ve been waiting more than a decade for the LEGO Group to resurrect the retired animal mould since its one and only appearance in 2011’s 7189 Mill Village Raid, and this dark grey variant is currently unique to a £200 set.

The dark grey goat has a piece ID of 6490240/109167 on Pick a Brick and is currently listed as a ‘Standard’ part. You’ll need to spend at least £11 on Standard elements to waive the £5.50 service fee in the UK, and you’ll need to spend at least £50 in total at LEGO.com to qualify for free delivery.

I like to think of myself as a journalist first, LEGO fan second, but we all know that’s not really the case. Journalism does run through my veins, though, like some kind of weird literary blood – the sort that will no doubt one day lead to a stress-induced heart malfunction. It’s like smoking, only worse. Thankfully, I get to write about LEGO until then.
