Five LEGO sets we’d like to see based on Star Wars: The Acolyte

The Acolyte has come to a climactic finale and the eight episodes have left us with a few ideas of what LEGO Star Wars sets we’d want to see based on the Disney+ show.

There isn’t so much of a whisper of any LEGO Star Wars sets based on The Acolyte but that’s not to say that they might not be on the way. The Mandalorian fostered sets several months after its release and August 1 will see more models based on Ahsoka, a full year after the series began in August last year.

Warning: spoilers ahead for the entirety of The Acolyte.

Read on for five potential moments, characters, and locations from The Acolyte that we think could make good fodder for a LEGO Star Wars set.

We’ve already speculated that The Acolyte’s Darth Teeth is the prime opportunity to bring back LEGO Star Wars helmets, with the show marking the debut of perhaps the coolest mask in Star Wars history – which is a bold claim, we know. The metallic teeth spread in a chilling smile, along with the unusual wide eye slit, make for a rare look in the galaxy far, far away. The mask doesn’t just look good but also helps Qimir – or any wearer – focus, channelling their connection to the Force.

Battle on Khofar

If the Battle on Khofar were made into a LEGO Star Wars set with all of the characters involved, it might take the crown for the most amount of lightsabers ever to be featured in a LEGO Star Wars set. A style similar to 75385 Ahsoka Tano’s Duel on Peridea would suit well as the main appeal of this set would surely be the minifigures. How else could you expect to get Mae, Osha, Sol, Jecki, Yord, and Qimir in one set? That might be asking for a lot but it’s a seriously epic battle scene showing off the Jedi at their prime.

Qimir versus Sol

Speaking of epic battles, another strong contender has to be the showdown between Qimir and Sol in the finale – once again, even if just for the minifigures of Sol, Qimir, Mae, and Osha. The dramatic backdrop of Brendok would also make for an impressive diorama. If the LEGO Star Wars team really wanted to push their creativity, you could even display Brendok in the past and the present, with different minifigures to suit each scene.

Coruscant diorama

The Acolyte also offers the chance to visit Coruscant without any fear of getting negative associations due to Order 66. As an iconic Star Wars location, it’s surprising that Coruscant is one of the few places the LEGO Star Wars theme has not yet visited. Whether as a diorama, a High Republic-era ship, or some other creative build, there’s never been a better time to release a set based on Coruscant at its height.

Pip

Last but certainly not least, if there’s one type of LEGO Star Wars set that’s sure to go down well, it’s a replica of a beloved droid. Pip may have lost his memory during The Acolyte but that doesn’t mean he got any less cute and he’s small enough to be able to be recreated in bricks at a 1:1 scale. He has brighter colours than most other droids too, marking the potential for a change in the collection of brick-built characters from Star Wars.
