Check out all four Micro LEGO NINJAGO City sets connected
All four Micro NINJAGO City sets are now available for LEGO Insiders and despite the cost of completing them, someone has connected the lot.
The LEGO NINJAGO City range remains one of the most impressive collections of big builds available for purchase and while half the range has been retired, you can pay homage to them via a series of four LEGO Insiders rewards, each recreating a set in the collection at a smaller scale.
BrickTsar on YouTube has picked up all four of these micro models, showcasing what the final connected product looks like and it’s nearly as impressive as that of the big builds. From left to right, we have 40703 Micro NINJAGO City, 40706 Micro NINJAGO City Markets, 40704 Micro NINJAGO Docks and 40706 Micro NINJAGO City Gardens.
The back of the builds feature an equal amount of detail to the front of the models and you can tell where the edge of each section is, just as you can with their larger counterparts. For comparison, here’s a look at how the four full-sized NINJAGO city sets look connected in the same orientation.
All four Micro NINJAGO City sets are available now exclusively as LEGO Insiders rewards for a total of 9,600 points. These points can be earned by spending £1,200 or the equivalent in your region (or £600 during a double points event).
They’re an optional alternative to the big builds for those who either missed out on the first two or don’t have the space to display the colossal creations. Alternatively, they should look great next to them.
LEGO Insiders reward | Insiders points required |
---|---|
40703 Micro NINJAGO City | 2,700 |
40704 Micro NINJAGO City Docks | 2,300 |
40705 Micro NINJAGO City Gardens | 2,300 |
40706 Micro NINJAGO City Markets | 2,300 |
Those hoping to score one or more of these models but lacking the points to acquire them can increase their points total now with a free LEGO Insiders membership during LEGO Insiders days. There are double points available from now until July 20 across LEGO City, Friends, Technic and Disney (not including Star Wars, Marvel or Indiana Jones).
